On "Domestic Security"

Certain aspects of government approach should be blatantly spelled out. For instance, it's never ok to deny the rights of the people simply because of an argument based on fear.

It would be appropriate to apply this concept to initial interpretation, to avoid confusion later on the society's existence, when it would be much easier to 're-interpret' the 'intentions' of the 'authors' to favor oppressive regimes rather than popular opinion and social liberty.

When would it be acceptable for the government to illegally and/or legally violate the individual right to privacy? Never.
