Checks and Balances

3 equal branches, each representing a vastly different power structure.

535 congressman = 9 justices = 1 man.

How can the power of 535 representatives of the people be equally balanced in an adjacent position of authority with 1 person?

We need no president. This position places too much central power on one individual. Allow the speaker of the house for minor executive leading, and take most cues from the will of the people.

Increase the size of the Supreme Court. The future of our country should not reside with 9 dictators with lifetime appointments to positions. Increase the number, perhaps 39, and a much greater diversity of legal understanding can better implement the will of the people.

The idea of a replacement judge isn't nearly as scary, as it reduces partisanship due to relative weight of 1/9 being greater than 1/39.
